All artwork © Linda's Digi Creations All rights reserved. *Updated terms 2022 (if the terms in the "TOU" are different from the following terms, just ignore them and follow the new updated terms.) ----MAIN RULES FOR ALL ARTWORK---- - Do not use any of my artwork to create logos. - Do not share or give away any files (sharing with members of the same household is allowed.) - Do not claim my artwork (altered or not) as your own. - Do not create freebies with my artwork. - Do not use my artwork for obscene, defamatory, pornographic, racist immoral or hateful purposes or any other purpose which is prohibited by law. ************************************************************************ ----Personal use for all artwork---- - Other than the main rules above, you may create anything you want for your own personal use. ************************************************************************ ----Commercial Use: Clipart and Digital Stamps---- Main rules and the following: - Digital stamps must be colored in. - Cliparts & Digital Stamps may not be sold "as is". Don't put just my artwork on a background with nothing else. You must make it part of your design by incorporating other resources...graphics and/or text. - You may use my artwork for digital (no layers) and tangible products. - You may not sell my artwork (altered or not) as clipart or digital stamps. - There is no limit on how many products you can create and sell. - I do require that credit should be given or you may purchase a "No Credit license. - Do not create CU4CU (commercial use for commercial use) products with my artwork. - You may create, t-shirts or other items for POD (print on demand sites), cards, invitations, party supplies, etc. ************************************************************************ ----Coloring Pages---- Coloring pages are for personal use. However, If you're in the ministry or a teacher and you wish to make copies to share with your group/class, you may purchase a Coloring Page License that will allow you to do so. ************************************************************************ ----DIGITAL PAPER PACKS---- Main rules and the following: Commercial Use: -.You may create cards, invitations, party supplies (banners, hats,cupcake wrappers etc.), business cards, POD,etc. - Just don't print out the papers and sell them as papers or patterns. -Credit is highly appreciated -Anything you sell, using my artwork, must be for your customer's "Personal Use" ONLY. -My artwork may be used on digital and tangible items. Digital items: you may use these papers to create elements for scrap kits (no layered items). You may also include 50% of the paper pack as is in a kit, but you must include other papers & elements, and the kit must be labeled as "Personal Use Only." *If you include some papers as is in digital kits, Credit to Linda's Digi Creations is mandatory. May also be used for S4O/S4H. - Do not share my artwork (original files) or make them available for download anywhere. ************************************************************************ ----Commercial Use Alpha Sets---- Main Rules and the following: COMMERCIAL USE: You may use this alpha/numeral set to create papers, elements and word art that you intend to sell.(No layered items) DO NOT license it for commercial use; this is not a CU4CU item. PU/S4O/S4H license is fine. May also be used in print to create cards, invitations etc.(No mass production) You may not share or sell the alpha set itself (altered or not). Not even within a kit. You may not use the entire alpha set (upper and/or lower case letters)or Numerals on one product. You may not use it in the creation of an alpha/numeral set. You may not use this set (altered or not) to create designer resource tools (brushes, tubes, stamps, shapes etc.) Credit is highly appreciated. ************************************************************************ ----SCRAPBOOKING KITS---- Main rules and the following: PERSONAL USE (PU) You May: - You May use these graphics for anything that is solely for YOU. - You May alter any graphics with respect to color, size or by adding or removing from them; however, you MAY NOT claim altered graphics as your own. You May Not: - You May Not give or share any parts of this kit with anyone. - You May Not use this product for commercial purposes. - You May Not use these graphics to create any designer resource tools (brushes, tubes, patterns etc.) - You May Not make this product available for download anywhere. - You May Not use this product for obscene, defamatory, pornographic, racist, immoral or hateful purposes. Nor is it permitted to use this product for any other purpose which is prohibited by law. SCRAP FOR OTHERS (S4O) The PU terms above apply, but you may also: - Use this product to create gifts* for family or friends, BUT you MUST give them Only a FLATTENED, final product. You May Not give them a copy that includes any layers. The gifted product may not be used for commercial purposes. *Gifts: scrapbook page, card etc. SCRAP FOR HIRE (S4H) The PU terms above apply, but you may also: - Use this kit to create a scrapbook page, card etc. for someone and get paid for it. BUT YOU MUST give them ONLY a FLATTENED, final product. You may not give them a copy that includes layers. The sold product may not be used for commercial purposes. Credit is highly appreciated.
